The Daiwa Tatula 300 Baitcast reel is designed to meet the needs of big-bait anglers worldwide. The Daiwa Tatula 300 features everything which has made the previous Tatula’s  before it so popular. Even more exiting is the host of features reserved only for the 300 size.

Built around an overall larger size aluminium frame, Tatula 300 features a 43mm diameter spool that is 26.5mm wide. The profile of the spool allows the reel to sit comfortably in the anglers palm, whilst allowing for increased line capacity. A perfect design for any angler using heavy braids or fluorocarbons for the worlds largest freshwater species. 

A newly developed double anti reverse is now featured in the baitcaster. This is a feature that has long been requested in heavy-duty baitcast reels by Australian anglers. Anglers will be pleasantly surprised that this is now implemented inside the Tatula 300.

Daiwa’s famous TWS improves casting distance allowing zero friction line flow. Heavy-duty brass gearing is standard, and the stainless-steel main shaft is stronger than ever before. A 7-layer UTD drag stack pumps out 13kg of maximum drag pressure, stopping even Papuan Black Bass in their tracks.

All of this is topped off with a 110mm extra-long handle and newly designed soft-touch XL handle knobs. The Daiwa Tatula 300 baitcast reel is available in multiple ratios, with  both right and left hand models in the range.
